About The Quote Guys
A simpler, more private way to request home-service quotes in Queensland.
The Quote Guys is operated by EHUSTLE PTY LTD in Queensland. The service is designed for homeowners who need work done but do not want to publish their details to an open job board or field calls from a large number of providers.
A homeowner describes the job once. We can then make the request available to no more than three suitable tradies. Receiving a quote is free for the homeowner and there is no obligation to hire anyone.
How the service works
Requests are matched by service type, location and provider availability. A tradie sees the opportunity price before choosing whether to accept it. The homeowner does not pay The Quote Guys, and tradies do not bid against each other for access to the request.
The request is not listed publicly. Contact information is shared only through the controlled marketplace process after a tradie accepts an opportunity. Homeowners should still check any licence, insurance or qualification required for their particular job before engaging a provider.
Why Queensland first
Queensland has distinct climate, seasonal and regulatory considerations. Focusing the launch on one state lets the marketplace build useful provider coverage rather than pretending every suburb and service is already available.
Existing interstate information pages are being reviewed carefully so useful search information is not discarded during the Queensland launch. They do not mean matching is currently available outside Queensland.
The tradie side of things
Tradies can use the marketplace without a mandatory monthly subscription. When a new customer opportunity is available, the fixed acceptance price is shown before the tradie decides whether to accept it. Pricing is controlled by the marketplace and can vary by category.
The platform keeps commercial rules, permissions and customer-detail access on the server. It is not a substitute for a homeowner’s own checks before entering a contract with a tradie.
Where we’re at
Queensland is the current public launch focus. If your property is outside Queensland, you can join the waitlist; no interstate launch date is promised.
