Tell us what needs doing: the trade, your suburb, a brief description of the job, and your contact details. The whole form takes about 90 seconds. There's nothing tricky: no account to create, no credit card, no fine print.

We ask for your phone number so tradies can contact you directly. We use it for nothing else. Read our privacy policy if you want the full picture.

Once your form is submitted, we match your job against our panel of local Queensland operators. We look at your suburb, the type of work, and which tradies cover that combination.

Every tradie on our platform is based in Queensland and carries appropriate insurance. Trades that require a QBCC licence, such as termite inspections and pool safety inspections, are verified before they receive leads.

We send your job to up to 3 tradies who are a genuine match. We don't pad numbers or spam your job to everyone we know.

Each matched tradie will reach out to you directly, usually by phone or SMS. Most homeowners hear back within 4 business hours. During busy periods (like post-storm or pre-summer), it can take a little longer.

You're free to ask questions, request a site visit, or get more detail before committing to anything. A quote is just a quote; it's not a contract.

Once you have your quotes, the decision is entirely yours. Compare on price, timing, communication, and how comfortable you felt talking to each tradie.

If none of them suit you, that's fine. There's no fee, no penalty, and no annoying follow-up emails from us. We'd rather you hire the right person than feel pressured into hiring someone because we sent them.
