What to include in the request

Ask whether the quoted price includes travel, a minimum number of bins, sanitising, deodorising and all taxes. A recurring price may depend on a fixed route or collection day, while a one-off heavily soiled clean can be priced differently.
Damage repair, pest treatment and bin replacement are normally separate issues. Put them outside the cleaning scope unless a provider has specifically included them.

If a bin has paint, chemicals, building waste, heavy grease or another unusual contaminant, describe it before booking. The provider can then confirm whether it is within scope and explain any handling restrictions or extra charge.
