Terms of Service

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TheQuoteGuys platform, operated by EHUSTLE PTY LTD (ABN: 21 679 259 440), Queensland, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What TheQuoteGuys is

TheQuoteGuys is a lead generation and quote matching platform. We connect Queensland homeowners who need home services with local licensed tradies. We are not a tradie. We do not perform any home services ourselves. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, licensing, or conduct of any tradie introduced through our platform.

2. For homeowners

When you submit a quote request, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are over 18 years of age
  • You are the owner or authorised occupier of the property in question, or have authority to arrange services on behalf of the owner
  • Your contact details may be shared with up to 3 matched tradies for the purpose of providing you with a quote
  • Receiving a quote does not create any obligation to hire the tradie

The service is free for homeowners. We make no charge to you for matching you with tradies or receiving quotes.

3. For tradies

Tradies who receive leads through TheQuoteGuys are engaged under separate commercial terms agreed at the time of onboarding. Those terms govern payment, lead fees, and conduct requirements.

4. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we make no warranties or representations that:

  • The platform will be available at all times or free from errors
  • Any tradie introduced through the platform holds a current licence, is appropriately insured, or will perform work to a particular standard
  • You will receive a quote or that quotes received will be competitive

While we take reasonable steps to verify tradie licences and insurance, we cannot guarantee that this information is current or accurate at the time of any particular job.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EHUSTLE PTY LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or from any home services arranged through introductions made via the platform. This includes but is not limited to property damage, personal injury, economic loss, or dissatisfaction with work performed.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service.

6. Your responsibilities

You must not use the platform to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests
  • Harvest or scrape contact details of tradies
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or abuse directed at tradies or our team
  • Circumvent any security or access control measures

We reserve the right to block access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, trade names, and code, is the property of EHUSTLE PTY LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any disputes arising under these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
